What is Red On Caffeine Pouches?

Is Red On a pre workout?
Yes. The four-active formulation is engineered as a natural pre workout. Sublingual absorption means the pouch peaks during working sets (5 to 10 minute onset) rather than waiting on digestion. The European Food Safety Authority recommends a maximum of 400mg of caffeine per day for healthy adults. At 100mg per pouch, that is a maximum of four Red On pouches per day, accounting for any other caffeine intake. Most users find one or two pouches enough.
Are caffeine pouches safe?
Yes, for healthy adults using them within the EFSA 400mg daily caffeine ceiling. Red On is engineered with additional safety differentiators: L-theanine paired with the caffeine reduces jitter, zero sugar removes the dental enamel risk, food-grade cellulose pouch base, no harsh acidity regulators. Standard caffeine cautions apply for pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, anxiety disorders, and certain medications.
Where is Red On made?
Active formulation is produced for Contact Coffee Company to UK food safety standards. Final packaging is at the Contact Coffee Company roastery in Cannock, Staffordshire. Same operator-grade caffeine philosophy as Red On! coffee.
Can I use Red On with Red On! coffee?
Yes. The coffee and the pouches are designed to work together as one Red On performance system. Coffee for the morning ritual and the sustained alertness. Pouches for the 5 to 10 minute onset moments where coffee is not the right format. Track total daily caffeine to stay within EFSA limits.
